BMI (Body Mass Index)
Body Mass Index is one measure of obesity (or non-obesity). It is a measure of body fat that is the ratio of the weight of the body to the square of its height.  A body mass index that exceeds a value of 28 for a man and 27 for a woman is often used as an indication of obesity.

This is only one of many ways to assess your weight.  If you have any concerns about your weight, please discuss them with your physician.
